Travel agents receive one consolidated payment in their country’s currency. Both hotels and travel agents receive detailed online reporting which will eliminate research time that is required from the alternate manual billing process. Your property will be designated as using an electronic commission settlement program which makes travel agents more willing to book your property.

Too often hotels are overlooked for reservations due to uncertainty on the side of the travel agent on whether or not they will indeed be paid for the booking. The wire fee itself can cost more than the commission that is actually due to the travel agent. For this reason travel agents are more inclined to book rooms with hotels that use commission processing services.
