Formed in 2010 by Shane Mansell, Michael O'Dwyer and Eugene Harris, CRS Bookings is pleased to bring the success experienced by over 3,400 hotel clients worldwide who now update their room rates and availability across their booking engine, GDS and OTA’s in one easy step, to Ireland the United Kingdom, Europe and Australasia..

From our teams experiences as Revenue Managers for Hotels, to online marketing expertise, to GDS connectivity expertise for Ireland, the United Kingdom and most countries in Europe and Australasia, CRS Bookings has the best customer support in the market today. 

We interact with the travel agents who book our Hotels daily by phone, email and one on one meetings, maximising the return for our customers.

MICHAEL O DWYER, Director

Michael O’Dwyer graduated in 2002 from Shannon College of Hotel Management with a Diploma in International Hotel Management and NUI Galway with Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
He has subsequently spent the last seven years working in Ireland and Switzerland specializing in rooms division and revenue management roles in both branded and stand alone hotels, constantly growing revenue.

SHANE MANSELL, Managing Director

Shane Mansell started his career in the hospitality industry in 1994 with Lexington Hotel Suites and Inns based in Dallas, Texas. He began his career in the company in guest services and advanced to Director of Operations by 1998. His responsibilities included e-commerce and electronic distribution strategies for the Lexington Hotel Suites & Inns extended stay hotel chain.

In 2005 Mr. Mansell assisted with the development of Genares Worldwide Reservation Services, a worldwide reservations technology provider.

In 2007 he re-located to Dubai, United Arab Emirates and established local investors to partner with Genares to develop the regions first local reservation service provider. In 2009 Mr. Mansell relocated to Ireland and launched CRS Bookings, another partner of Genares, to market and sell reservation services in Ireland the United Kingdom and Europe. The company launched in February of 2010.
 

EUGENE HARRIS, Non-Executive Director

Currently President of Genares Worldwide Reservations Services. Eugene Harris started a long career in the hotel industry in 1975 as the Director of Operations for the first all-suite hotel chain, at the time known as the Lexington Services Apartments and Motor Inns.
